(HONOLULU, August 13, 2009) – UHA, Hawaii’s third-largest commercial health insurer, has hired Marinel Brual as Provider Services Field Representative.
Brual will provide ongoing service to UHA’s extensive provider network, including field training and education on UHA’s products and procedures. She will also assist in recruiting to ensure UHA members’ continued access to a top network of healthcare providers.
Brual has 15 years previous experience in the medical industry selling surgical and medical devices. She also has partnered with physicians and hospitals, participated in contract negotiations, and generated new business through networking, referrals, and tradeshows. Brual received her Bachelor of Science and Business Administration with emphasis in marketing and sales from California State Polytechnic University. She held the office of Vice President Coordinator with the American Marketing Association from 1992-1993.
