If left unchecked, diabetes can causes serious health issues – and can be deadly. Here at UHA we want to make managing it as easy and affordable for you as possible.

Our Diabetes Management Program includes education, consultation, low copay for most drugs*, and free supplies.

If your doctor confirms you have diabetes, you can enroll by contacting Health Care Services or talking to your doctor.

Once you’re enrolled, you can get free services from our approved list of educators, dietitians, and nutrition specialists.
