New Improvements to UHA Online Member Services – Member Portal

UHA is dedicated to delivering simple solutions to enhance our members’ experience.  

We’re excited to announce two new tools designed to improve the online experience available to members using our UHA Online Member Services member portal starting on Monday, July 15:

  • Members will be able to view the status and correspondence related to their Prior Authorization (PA) requests within the member portal. 
  • Members will automatically receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) notification, via email, when a new EOB is available in the member portal. 

Here are step by step instructions to view these new updated tools:  

How to view your Prior Authorizations (PA) on the member portal 

  1. Log in to the member portal.  
  2. Register for an account if you have not already done so. 
  3. To view Prior Authorizations, select Prior Authorization tab. 
  4. To view letters from UHA regarding approval status, select the “View” button.   

How to view your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) on the member portal

  1. Log in to the member portal.  
  2. Register for an account if you have not already done so. 
  3. To view your Explanation of Benefits (EOB), select the EOB tab.  
  4. Click “View PDF” to review your EOB.
